Resume Tailoring Is Too Complicated and Time-Consuming
Most job seekers don't have the time or patience to manually customize their resume for every application.
Hours Wasted on Manual Editing
Manually tailoring your resume for each job application can take hours of tedious work, comparing job descriptions and making small changes.
"I spent 4 hours editing my resume for one application, only to never hear back."
Complex Resume Tools
Most resume builders and ATS optimization tools have steep learning curves, confusing interfaces, and require technical knowledge.
"I gave up on using resume tools because they were too complicated to figure out."
The Result: People Apply With Generic Resumes
Because tailoring is so time-consuming and difficult, most job seekers send the same generic resume to every job, drastically reducing their chances of getting interviews.
